Outdoor area includes 3 decks including crow’s nest – both shaded and sun, pool, hot tub, shower, and carport.

PETS: A NON-REFUNDABLE PET FEE OF $399 WILL BE CHARGE. Pets are limited to not more than 2 house-broken, domestic dogs. Dogs of vicious or dangerous disposition shall not be permitted. Restricted breeds include Pit Bulls, German shepherds, Akitas, Staffordshire Terriers, Chows, Alaskan Malamutes, Doberman Pinschers, Siberian Huskies, Rottweilers, Great Danes, Presa Canarios, and Wolf hybrids. All female dogs over the age of six months over the age of five months must be spayed. All male dogs over the age of eight months over the age of ten months must be neutered. All pets shall be declared. Pet owners shall be liable for all damage caused by their pets. You are required to clean behind your pet in the house and outside area; otherwise additional cleaning charges to you will result.

Strong preference is given to 7 day rentals from May through August. There is a Ring security camera installed at the house with a view of the driveway only. No recording is saved during guest stays and the camera can be powered down on request.
